Kick start your day with this fresh, zesty green juice! Kale juice is rich in vitamin K and calcium, which is excellent for bone density, your teeth and reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
Serves 1 | 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup Kale
1 cup Spinach
1 /2 Lemon, juiced
1/2 Cucumber
1 tsp Ginger
500ml water or coconut water
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (optional)
Method
- Blend together and server.
