I’ve forgotten my SiSU Portal password

Click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the login page. You can find the AU login page here or the EU login page here.

Why is my password being rejected?

For security reasons, passwords must be at least 10 characters in length and comprised of upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

That means the password must be a combination of:
Lowercase letters (a-z)
Uppercase letters (A-Z)
Numbers (0-9)
Symbols ( !”#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~ )

Note that the symbols account for most standard keyboard symbols, but not necessarily phone or non-english keyboards. Generally, symbols on the number keys are a safe bet.

What does a SiSU Health Station measure?

The SiSU Health Station provides accurate measurements of height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure, heart age, heart rate and body fat percentage.

Is the SiSU Health Station free to use?

Yes, it is free to complete a Health Check on all SiSU Health Stations.

Do I need an account to use the SiSU Health Station?

You can use a SiSU Health Station without registering for an account; simply decline to provide your email address when prompted. However, not entering your email means your personal results will not be saved and you will not receive an email with a link to your Health Check Report.

Can I print my results?

SiSU Health Stations cannot print your results, however, it will email you a secure link to the email address you provide at the time of your Health Check. This link will take you to the SiSU Portal where you can view your results and Health Check history.

Where can I get more information about my metrics?

If you provided your email address during your free Health Check, we will send you a link to view the complete details of your Health Check on the SiSU Portal.

How can I view my previous Health Check results?

Follow the link to our SiSU Portal via the link in your Health Check results email. You will be able to log in and view the details of all your previous Health Checks. Please ensure you use the same email address for all of your Health Checks.

What is the SiSU Health Station Score?

Your SiSU Health Station Store is a ranking from 1 to 10 representing your health based on your SiSU Health Station visit. You must complete at least three types of tests during your Health Check (including blood pressure) in order to receive a score. The calculation is based on national data relating to how much a health factor impacts life expectancy. A higher score is more desirable and represents a healthier lifestyle and is associated with a lower risk of disease.

How do I improve my SiSU Health Station Score?

You will receive a rating for each test you complete during the Health Check. Any test results with a rating outside of ‘Normal’ will impact your Station Score, so choose one of these results to focus on and consider enrolling in one of our online Health Programs via the SiSU Portal.

What happens if I’ve done physical activity prior to a Health Check?

We don’t recommend anyone doing a Health Check straight after doing any form of physical activity, as your blood pressure would have increased and may not give an accurate reading.  It’s always best to do your Health Check prior to any form of physical activity or a few hours after.

Is the SiSU Health Station suitable for children?

SiSU Health Stations are for Members aged 16 and over. Results for children under 16 years of age will not be accurate, we do not advise underage Members.

Are SiSU Health Stations wheelchair accessible?

SiSU Health Stations are currently unable to accommodate wheelchair access.

If you loved your SiSU experience, please let us know, we’d love to hear about your journey at feedback@sisuwellness.com. If you have feedback on how we can improve your experience, please contact us at feedback@sisuwellness.com.

I think my readings are wrong – how do I check?

If you still believe your reading is wrong please contact us at feedback@sisuwellness.com.

I’ve done the tests, but I’m not sure what it all means?

The SiSU Portal is an informative platform where you can learn more about the tests and your results. If you’ve completed another Health Check and see a change in your results that may be concerning, we advise that you consult your doctor about your results and your health.
