Walnut Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ pear, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of oats
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 dried date, pitted
  • 1 cup of rice milk
  • 1 tbsp of walnuts
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. If desired, add a few ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth, serve and enjoy!
