Milk & two sugars?

The humble tea is found to have health-enhancing powers! It has been discovered that tea has the potential to help prevent coronary artery disease and stroke.

However, research has found that the health benefits to your cardiovascular system are dramatically reduced by adding milk.

These findings about the negative effect of adding milk were reiterated by Cardiologist. Professor Verena Stangl who stated that “Our results … provide a possible explanation for the lack of beneficial effects of tea on the risk of heart disease in countries where milk is usually added”.

So, try to reduce your intake of tea with milk and sugar and opt for alternatives which taste great and boast stronger benefits.
